🌱 A Mind That Wanders, A Heart That Knows
I am grateful. I am happy. My life is mine to shape.
Yet, my mind sometimes pulls me away from joy, fixating on what’s missing or imperfect. It’s frustrating—knowing I should be content yet feeling dissatisfied.
But emotions don’t always follow logic. And that’s okay.
🤍 Giving Myself Permission to Feel
I used to resist these moments, forcing myself into positivity. But emotions aren’t problems to fix—they are experiences to witness.
Now, I allow them, sit with them, and remind myself that even a good life includes moments of doubt. Instead of resisting, I acknowledge them, let them pass, and move forward with love.
Because those moments don’t diminish my happiness—they are simply part of being whole.
🌀 Gratitude & The Fullness of Life
Gratitude isn’t about erasing discomfort; it’s about embracing everything—the highs, the lows, and the in-betweens—without guilt.
And in doing so, I find my way back. Every time.
💭 Have you ever felt this paradox? How do you bring yourself back to gratitude?
